The Celebration continues ...
Last year, we announced that our association would celebrate its 50th year on November 15 2011. You will have enjoyed reading the historical articles written by our colleague Pierre Forget. They show how our association has grown in symbiosis with Saint Donat. These articles have inspired many memories amongst residents, and have inspired Journal Altitude which has devoted several pages to St. Donat nostalgia.
And it is not over.We have more surprises in store for next summer to continue the festive mood.
To ensure that you do not miss anything, please renew your membership as soon as possible. If you are not currently a member, please do not deny yourself the pleasure of joining us.
The success of the 2012 recruitment campaign is now in your hands.
Remember that the membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st, 2012. We suggest that you renew or join quickly. This ensures that we can process your membership, and renew your subscription to Journal Altitude in time for the January 2012 edition. Please complete the membership form, and send it to APELA along with your cheque dated January 1, 2012 as soon as possible.

Show your support for APELA
It is important to visibly show that we are proud to support our association. Last year, all members for 2011 with an APELA sign received stickers to update it for the 50th anniversary. This year, members will receive a 2012 sticker upon renewal. New members, and returning members without a sign should request one. We’ll let you know where to get one. Please respond to the question about the sign on the membership form so that we can assure availability. The membership form is also available on our internet site.
